Welcome to Aviary Roamers. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services, including guided hunting, fishing trips, and gear rentals based out of Mount Echo Park, Singapore.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking our physical services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Aviary Roamers' website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Outdoor Service Risks

Engaging in outdoor recreation, including hiking, camping, and guided tours, involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge that:

• Weather conditions in tropical climates like Singapore can change rapidly.
• Physical activity requires a baseline level of fitness.
• Wildlife encounters are a natural part of the roaming experience.

3. Gear Rental Agreement

All camping and hiking gear rented from Aviary Roamers must be returned in the same condition as received. Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. A security deposit may be required at the time of pickup at Mount Echo Park.

4. Guided Tours & Cancellations

Guided hunting and fishing trips are subject to seasonal availability. Deposits are required to secure a booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour may forfeit the deposit as per our operational costs for scouted locations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aviary Roamers, its guides, and employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during a tour or while using rented gear, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
